You are seriously off your rocker if you think Huddersfield are winning those games.

I’d be disappointed if we lose any of the Leicester, Utd or Everton games.

Hoping for a minimum of 3 points, expecting about 5.

We blew it against Stoke, our next three fixtures given the level of the opposition are always likely to be defeats and with a final fixture against a team who we historically get little from but is our only winnable fixture for me, if I am honest one point from our final four fixtures is what I expect anything else is a bonus.

I think everyone below us have at least one winnable fixture and Southampton definitely have two before the final game that could see easily see us in the bottom three going into it, if I had to make a prediction that is exactly how I expect it to pan out if Southampton manage to beat Bournemouth this weekend.

I think the word IF is very funny, when I saw it in the thread title it made me chuckle so.

isn't that what going to the footie is about terry mate? a must win against lardychops to keep our owners from getting what they sorely deserve.

will be proper box office.

lose that and they won't have to call in the poles to remove the seats as it'll already be done for them.

Wouldn't it be great if we need to beat Everton on the final day to stay up?
The excitement would be unbelievable. The ginger jock would have to set up his team to actually win three points for a change.
As a bonus our two owners might find the tension unbearable requiring St John Ambulance to administer first aid near the end of the match if Moysey's tactics look like failing.
I hope nothing bad happens to the three of them.

Hope so! I'd expect it from them.

Let's hope the Swansea v Southampton becomes a crucial fixture for both.

Huddersfield can beat Everton this week (go above us if we lose to Man C) and can see them beating Arsenal at home as well. Would give them 41 points which we will do well to get.

Bournemouth will put in a shift in that game. Don't fret.

And the fact that almost 20% of Brighton's total league goals this season have come against us. That's really fucking disgraceful as well. If we hadn't gifted them six easy points they'd be right in the shit too and we'd be completely safe.

It looks unlikely, but momentum is a curious and powerful thing.

If they beat Bournemouth (entirely possible) and we lose, then all of a sudden we play with even more fear and tension and they'll have renewed belief and start fancying their chances of getting something from Everton and Swansea.

I think most neutral observers would say we're almost certainly safe, but there's always the fear, and the fact that we are very good at fucking things like this up.

Re: If we lose to Man City and Southampton beat B'mouth...
You have to respect what David Wagner has done with Huddersfield but for us to be level on points with them after 34 games is an utter disgrace.
Especially when you realise that 6 of our points have come against THEM

We are still entirely capable of getting relegated and only more ineptitude on behalf of Southampton will save us. So far they have obliged.

El Scorchio 7:14 Mon Apr 23
Re: If we lose to Man City and Southampton beat B'mouth...
Palace could easily pick up 6 more points, playing Stoke and West Brom. I wouldn't be completely shocked if they got something out of Leicester at home as well either.

They are totally safe, I think.

Huddersfield might struggle, looking at their run in, although it'll be a massive break for them if Arsenal get to the Europa league final as they won't give a shit about an away game at Huddersfield a few days earlier.
